Imagine you show a deck of playing cards still inside of the case. Have the spectator think of any card. It is a totally free selection and is named aloud. The cards that were enclosed within the card case are shown for the first time to the audience. There is only one card face up in the entire deck -- the selected card! The Magi further proves to the audience that He/She knew which card would be selected.
